The Basics of Life

This writer has written much based on the Book of Genesis in the Holy Bible, most specifcally the Old Testament. So many question the Bible, especially Genesis! Some of the most basic questions of life are answered in the Book! Where did we come from? God created in man (in Genesis 2). Where did the sun and moon get their start? God created them! 9in Genesis 1). The topic for this blog: the Basics of Life. In Genesis 9:2-11 we read where food came from! V. 2,"They are given into your hand. Every moving thing that lives shall be food for you. I have given you all things, even as the green herbs." Just as God did to Adam, HE also promises Noah and his children, FOOD! V. 4, "But you shall not eat flesh with its with its life, that is, its blood." They were not to eat live animals with their blood, and we are not either! One more basic of life: V. 5, "Surely for your lifeblood I will demand a reckoning: ...I will require the life of man. Whoever sheds man's blood, By man his blood shall be shed;" Taking a man's life requires another in God's Kingdom! Writer, Jim Kultau
